Welcome

Hello and welcome to my psychotherapy practice!  Here you will find some information about me and how I work.

Firstly, I believe therapy is a space where we can be our most true self.  I know this may sound exciting for some and daunting, even frightening, for others.  I understand therapy can be a hard a thing to say “yes” to.

However, therapy is a process that helps us discover our own truths and cultivate the freedom to act from a place of authenticity.  The result is a richer, more satisfying, and exciting life.   Whether this means establishing more meaningful relationships, finding relief from anxiety, shifting restrictive patterns of behavior, or shaping a life that matches what we actually want, therapy helps set our desires in motion.
